We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, which exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As a consumer resident in the European Union or the Netherlands, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in Dutch law. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a designated third party receives the goods, without giving any reason.
2. Our Extended Return Window
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily extend the return period to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. This means you have more time to decide whether Cardonex is right for your routine.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used food supplements unless the product is defective;
- The product must not be damaged due to mishandling by the customer;
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) must be provided.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
4. How to Return

- We will confirm the return and provide you with the return address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item).
6. Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons), unless defective;
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery;
- Products damaged by misuse or failure to follow storage instructions;
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).
