1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website whrexxonaujlixar.world ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms are governed by Dutch law and applicable EU regulations including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. About the Website and Products

The Website provides information about and the ability to order Cardonex, a food supplement available over the counter (OTC) without a prescription. Cardonex is classified under Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 as a food supplement and is not a medicinal product. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Submitting an order form on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding purchase contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (by email or phone). We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example due to stock unavailability or concerns about the order.

Prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Consumer Rights (EU / Netherlands)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened, in its original condition, and not a sealed hygiene product that has been unsealed after delivery.

5. Product Information and Disclaimer

All product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage guidance on the Website are provided for informational purposes only. Cardonex is a food supplement — it is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual responses to food supplements vary and depend on personal health, lifestyle and other factors.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. You should not rely on information on the Website as an alternative to professional medical or nutritional advice.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Almelo, Netherlands, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
